I want to check the status of my custom order?

I received my custom art and want to make edits...
If you received your custom art and aren't completely satisfied, no worries! You can have your file edited up to two weeks after you recieve your file for just $10 extra! Just email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will get you taken care of!
Can I expedite my custom art order?
Yes! You can pay an extra $20 and expedite any custom art order. Just email email@example.com with the subject "expedite."
Do you all offer other services like custom logos or cover art?
No. Gladney Studios only offers custom artwork in a specfic style for limited times.
Do you sell physical art like canvases or merch?
No. Gladney Studios offers downloadable art for now. However Pop Art merch, posters, and other products are available via Teespring at https://teespring.com/stores/thatonebria
Can I use my custom art to resell?
Yes! You have complete ownership of all custom artwork. However, Gladney Studios may use artwork produced for promotional/portfolio purposes.
What size is my custom art?
All custom art is drawn by hand digitally. The dimensions of the artwork is 2732 x 2048 px.
I purchased custom art and I want a refund?
All custom art purchases are non-refundable as agreed upon purchase. However, If you are dissatisfied with your finished product you can pay $10 extra for edits. If you believe that the artist made a mistake you can email firstname.lastname@example.org
Missing art or refund?
If you have previously purchased something from Bria Gladney, and have not received a refund or a package please contact email@example.com
